Pixel art is not a simple medium for outdated gaming consoles. I treat it as a medium that can be valued for technical skill, and creative seriousness. Besides treating it as a "high art", it's really fun.

8-16 bit video game assets, pixel comics, and animation. This section features exciting pixel art reminiscent of classic SNES, or Genesis game art.

Pixel Art

Pixel Art Gallery

Good pixel art has rules creators should value. More like guidelines, or a blueprint. However, any rule can be broken from time to time.

2D Animation Gallery

This section features a few 2D animations of "The Preacher", who is a recurring character in much of my comics and pixel art.

Animation

I'm not sure if I could say I'm a "self taught" animator or not. YouTube videos and animation books like "The Animator's Survival Kit", and "Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life" are my animation instructors. The knowledge passed down in these mediums are invaluable.

Animation is hard, like, really hard, and time consuming. There's so many things to take into consideration like timing, spacing, weight and physics, and it all must be consistent. Animation is hard, and that's why I absolutely love it!
